  • Color Or Delete Empty Rows

1. Select range of cells and check Empty rows option.
2. If you just want to color the empty rows then check Highlight option otherwise check Delete option.
3. Then click Apply. You will see the result as shown in the below screenshot.

Highlight Or Delete Any Type Of Rows

HIghlight or delete identical, or empty, or hidden, or with specified value. or with at least one empty cell rows. Dose for Excel's Color / Delete Rows utility can save you time and effort working on huge worksheets.

  • Click DOSE Delete Color / Delete Rows

  • At least one empty cell in row.

1. Select range of cells and check At least one empty cell in row option.
2. If you just want to color the results then check Highlight option otherwise check Delete option.
3. Then click Apply. You will see the result as shown in the below screenshot.

  • With specified value.

1. Select range of cells and check With Specified Value option and set the value in the text box.
2. If you just want to color the results then check Highlight option otherwise check Delete option.
3. Then click Apply and all rows that contain the value you set will be deleted or colored based on your option. You will see the result as shown in the below screenshot.

In the below example, we specified the value "Developer".

  • Identical rows.

1. Select range of cells and check Identical rows option.
2. If you just want to color the results then check Highlight option otherwise check Delete option.
3. Then click Apply and all rows that are identical or duplicate will be deleted or colored based on your option. You will see the result as shown in the below screenshot.

  • Hidden rows.

1. Select range of cells and check Hidden rows option.
2. If you just want to color the results then check Highlight option otherwise check Delete option.
3. Then click Apply and all hidden rows will be deleted or colored based on your option. You will see the result as shown in the below screenshot.

In the below example, we hide rows from 5 to 9.
