Merge Cells, Rows, Columns, Same Values In Excel

Merge the values of cells into a single cell value by combining them, or merge the values of rows into a single row, or merge the values of columns into a single column by concatenating values. You can also combine the values of similar cells into a single cell value, similar to grouping. The "Merge" feature in Dose for Excelmay merge cells, rows, columns, and similar values with a single click on large worksheets.

  • Click DOSE » Merge

  • Merge cells into one

1. Check the "Merge values" option after selecting a range of cells to merge.
2.  FrSelect "Cells into one" from the "What to merge" drop-down menu.
3. Fill in the "Separate values with" box with the symbol or character you want to use to separate the merged data, such as (, or - or etc..).
4. Then press "Merge". The result will be as seen in the screenshot below.

  • Merge rows

1. Check the "Merge values" option after selecting a range of cells to merge.
2.  Select "Rows" from the "What to merge" drop-down menu.
3. Fill in the "Separate values with" box with the symbol or character you want to use to separate the merged data, such as (, or - or etc..).
4. Then press "Merge". The result will be as seen in the screenshot below.

  • Merge columns

1. Check the "Merge columns" option after selecting a range of cells to merge.
2.  Select "Columns" from the "What to merge" drop-down menu.

4. Then press "Merge". The result will be as seen in the screenshot below.

  • Merge same values

1. Select the cells you want to merge and tick the "Merge same values" box.
2. All cells that have the same value will be combined into one.
3. Then press "Merge". The result will be as seen in the screenshot below.
